Try something new with your kids today.

Jillian Pransky of YogaWorks offered in The New York Times three very, very simple exercises for children in meltdown phase, at bedtime, and perhaps just to re-center. One imagines your body as floors of an elevator as you travel from the top floor to ground floor. Another is simply having the child take a deep breath as he or she unfurls each finger of a fist.
