Are you an Exeter resident who could use a little help with fresh produce and dairy this summer? We are pleased to be partnering with Our Kids  arm, Emma Acres, Red Horse Farm, Kiki’s Garden, and Hallene Farm to offer you an outdoor, no-cost Farmers’ Food Pantry

Doodle & Draw Family Workshop

Families are invited to join our Artist in Residence, Kara Marziali, for this workshop to inspire imagination through creative expression! Transform your freeform scribbles into works of art.

Open to all ages 3 and up, children must be accompanied by an adult.

Modern Town Hall Meeting

The Exeter Department of Social Services is working with The Village Common of Rhode Island to form a village for seniors in Exeter. Villages help older adults stay active, connected, and independent in their own homes and communities by providing support from a trusted network of volunteers. Exeter residents interested in learning more about the Village Common or becoming part of the steering committee are encouraged to attend.

Virtual Focus Group

Washington County, RI Participants needed for Virtual Focus Group

Please join us to share your valuable feedback on immunization access and resources in your community! Topics include immunization access, barriers, resource improvements. Anyone over the age of 18 with or without children is welcome to join! Virtual meeting will be held via Zoom for 2 hours. You will receive compensation after you complete the focus group and a survey. We will have time to complete the survey at the end.
