Individualized workout pages based on your chosen activities
You have to look hard to find their logo, but the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services offers a new website to help adults and kids set and maintain individual goals for physical activity.
The website, “Move Your Way”, means just that. You choose the type of activity, time of day, and length of time. “Move Your Way” is, well, here to help.
Adults can choose from among 54 activities, from backyard chores to yoga to gymnastics. Kids get a “slider” and a list of activities they can do before and after school and before bed to get in an hour of physical effort.
